Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date you received your product. Contact us by email at info@shiningdermcare.com or by phone at 800-316-1576 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Write the RMA number on the outside of your return package and send the opened or unopened product to our fulfillment center at the address below; you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your returned item is received, we allow 24-48 hours for processing. After your refund is issued, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing time. Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
